READ | COVID WATCH: Revised guidelines for travel of persons into Cebu City from provinces outside Cebu, in which returning residents, private authorized persons outside residence (APOR), non-APOR, and those traveling for leisure are required to prepare a negative RT-PCR test from any DOH-accredited facility taken not more than 72 hours prior to arrival in the city. Government APOR on official business must not show COVID symptoms and will need to present their official government ID as well as mission or travel order issued by the head of agency.
Travelers will be asked to register with the Safe, Swift, and Smart Passage (S-PaSS) Travel Management System of the Department of Science and Technology and comply with all documentary requirements to get a Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) or Travel Pass Thru Permit that will need to be presented at the ports before boarding. | via Decemay Padilla #TheFreeman
