Food safety is non-negotiable, and proper training is one of the best ways to create a culture of food safety. The ServSafe© Program has become the industry standard in Food Safety Training, and is now updated with the latest 7th edition ServSafe® Manager Modules and Food Code.
ServSafe© is a program developed by the National Restaurant Association of the United States of America to equip the restaurant-industry workforce with high-quality training on food service quality and safety assurance.
At the end of the program, participants can earn the International ServSafe© Food Protection Manager Certification.
